Welcome to Thriving Away Collective/Thriving Away (operated by Thriving Earth Limited, “we,” “us,” “our”). By using our website, booking an event, purchasing a product, or joining our community, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Thriving Away Collective is a social and community collective. We create spaces, workshops, events, and products designed to help people pause, reconnect, and check in with themselves in small, everyday ways.

2. Nature of Our Services

Thriving Away Collective is not a clinical, medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic service. Nothing we offer including our workshops, events, community gatherings, sensory activations, audio guides, journals, card decks, or any other product or experience is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental health condition, nor is it a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.

When we use words like pause, rest, check in, or return to yourself, we mean this in the everyday, non-clinical sense: a moment of reflection or reset, not a therapeutic intervention. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need medical care, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

3. Guest Experts and Facilitators

Some of our events, workshops, and activities feature guest facilitators, practitioners, or experts (for example, yoga teachers, life coaches, or wellness practitioners).

Where this happens:

  • Those sessions reflect the expertise, qualifications, and professional judgment of the individual expert or facilitator, not a clinical or professional body of work held by Thriving Away Collective itself.
  • We do our best to select facilitators thoughtfully, but we do not warrant or guarantee the outcomes of any session they lead.
  • Any advice, guidance, or instruction given by a guest expert is theirs to give, and participation is at your own discretion.

4. Bookings & Events

  • Bookings for events, workshops, and IRL experiences are made through our website or listed ticketing partner (e.g. Humanitix).
  • Each event may carry its own specific terms (timing, inclusions, age requirements, cancellation terms) see the individual event listing.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel an event, in which case we’ll notify registered participants and follow our refund policy for each event.

5. Products

Our physical and digital products (including the self-check-in notepad, card decks, audio guides, and similar items) are designed as tools to support a personal moment of pause or reflection. They are not medical devices, therapeutic tools, or diagnostic instruments, and should not be used as one.

6. Website Use & Conduct

  • You agree to use our website and community spaces respectfully and not for any unlawful purpose.
  • We may remove content, restrict access, or decline service to anyone who behaves in a way that’s harmful to our community.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including but not limited to text, the Thriving Away Collective Code of Conduct, our operational framework, designs, logos, product concepts, and imagery is owned by Thriving Earth Limited, unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thriving Away Collective is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website, attendance at our events, or use of our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986 (NZ) that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
